During your Zoom consultation we will discuss your goals, your current limitations and complete a simple postural analysis. I use these to develop your personalized training program.  We discuss the best way to fit your workout program into your busy life. 

CustomFit Workout Programming is a customized monthly workout program created specifically for your goals, schedule, and equipment. You’ll receive a professional-level plan of expertly structured workouts that keep you progressing safely and effectively. Videos with exercise demos and cues for you included! Meet every 4-6 weeks to receive your next progression workout.
