Will you work with me in person?I service my clients via Zoom and have done so since 2020. I am able to provide a positive experience and my clients love not having to leave their home to workout.

How do I prepare for your consult?Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. I will complete a postural analysis so it is helpful if your clothing is not too baggy so I can see your posture. You will not exercising during our consult but I will ask that you stand, squat and bend over. It is also helpful if you think about goals that you want to achieve working with me. There was a reason you booked the consult, what is your why?

I can't sit on the floor or get up from the floor is this a problem?Nope, we will start with chair and standing workouts and as you become stronger and more flexible we hopefully will transition to the floor.

Do I need a home gym? What equipment do I need?If you are just beginning a workout program you will only need a few bands which I will direct you to purchase at a minimal cost. As you progress we may add dumbbells but that will come in time. If you already workout and are looking to add strength I prefer to work with bands, dumbbells, a step and a stability ball. If you don't have these we can add them in time and will discuss during your consultation.

I have bad knees, I am unable to squatUnless you have a specific injury to your knees, your inability to squat and potential pain is more a result of weakness. We will start slow and work up to a squat by strengthening the supporting structures of the knees. Squats may or may not come in time, most clients find they are able to squat pain free after working with me.

I have an injury....can you work around it?Yes, I can work around most injuries. Most clients who begin my programs have some sort of injury, let's discuss in your consultation.
